How Energy Healing changed my life

Alright, it’s time to get into the strange stuff: Energy healing.

I used to laugh at the thought of this and judged people who believed in it. Then, in 2019, I stumbled upon The Emotion Code by Bradley Nelson and devoured it in just a few days. Despite my curiosity, I resisted using the methods because they seemed way too “woo woo” for me. But this book kept showing up in my life over the next few months. Finally, after a tough few days dealing with digestive issues, I caved. That was the start of a long, unexpected journey.

I began with the Emotion Code, then moved on to the Body Code, and eventually found an even better tool called SBT Energy Therapy. All these methods have one thing in common: they use muscle testing or a pendulum to ask your subconscious questions, giving you a yes or no response. You follow these responses to identify stuck energy or emotions in your body and then release them. The results can be pretty incredible. I’ve resolved countless physical issues this way, and the beauty of it is that you’re not just treating symptoms—you’re getting to the root cause.

A Real-Life Example: Plantar Fasciitis

Let me give you a an example. I had plantar fasciitis in my right heel for over a decade—it just wouldn’t go away. Through the Body Code, I discovered that stuck negative energy in my right adrenal gland was the issue. Turns out, the adrenal glands are directly connected to the calf muscles, and stuck energy there can cause pain and discomfort in the calf and heel. Once I released that energy, the plantar fasciitis disappeared. Just like that. I haven’t felt that pain since.

It’s wild to see physical problems vanish after releasing stuck energy. And that’s just one example. At my worst, I was dealing with 45-50 different symptoms throughout my body. Slowly but surely, I’ve tackled them one by one using these methods. I can’t even begin to tell you how much money I’ve saved on doctors, dentists, and pharmaceuticals.

Why I Recommend Energy Healing

If you’re curious, I highly recommend giving these methods a shot. You don’t have to go all in at once—start with a session from an Emotion Code Practitioner like I did. It’s a great way to dip your toes into energy healing without feeling overwhelmed. Once I got comfortable, I started doing sessions on myself. Now, I use these methods whenever a physical or mental symptom pops up. It’s incredibly empowering to know that I can address these issues by getting to the root cause, which almost always turns out to be energetic.
