My name is Oli, and I live in Iceland. About ten years ago, my health completely crashed, and it took me a full decade to rebuild it. It’s been a long journey—one filled with trial and error, breakthroughs and setbacks.
In this blog, I’ll share my experience of reclaiming my health—the methods that worked, the ones that didn’t, and everything in between. My hope is that this site becomes a beacon of hope and light for anyone navigating a similar path.
